Orientation Registration
All new international students (F-1 and J-1 Students), including transfers from other U.S. institutions and students who completed the Utah Global Program are required to complete international student orientation. For Fall 2024 students, if you did not attend one of our initial sessions, it is MANDATORY that you attend this makeup session. New Students in the Utah Global Program please check with Student Services at Utah Global for information on orientation.

Attendees must arrive at 9:00am for breakfast and no later than 9:30 am for check-in.
New Student Welcome Reception
The New Student Welcome Reception is an amazing social event for first semester F-1 students and J-1 scholars to meet their fellow internationals, try some of our favorite local restaurants, speak to some of the biggest clubs on campus, and meet the ISSS staff. We would like all first semester internationals to attend the event to enhance their first semester experience and set themselves up for success beyond the classroom while maximizing their time here at the U! Space is limited so hurry and reserve your spot!
